Pedal Commander® is back at the 2025 SEMA Show, and we’re live in the West Hall, Booth #57095, showing off the world’s most advanced throttle response controller. And this year, we’ve got something special parked right at our booth. It’s the first long-travel 2025 Toyota 4Runner, built by Mammoth4Runner.
This build has all it takes to turn heads all week. Mammoth4Runner took Toyota’s all-new 6th gen 4Runner and transformed it into a full-blown desert machine. The result is a tough, functional, and seriously capable SUV that shows exactly what the new platform can do.
Wicked Creations Long-Travel Setup
At the core of the build is Wicked Creations’ new 3.5-inch long-travel kit. Unlike conventional lift kits, Wicked Creations’ upgrade enhances wheel travel and maintains optimal suspension geometry. It includes powder-coated upper and lower control arms, extended brake lines, limit straps, and every bit of hardware needed to push suspension travel far beyond stock.

The upper arms use Heim joints for precision and adjustability, while the lower arms ride on Delrin bushings for strength and smooth articulation. The kit widens the 6G 4Runner’s stance and boosts the suspension travel to eat up rough terrain.
Locked Off-Road Suspension Setup
To handle the extra movement, the 4Runner runs a full Locked Off-Road shock setup. Up front, it’s got 2.5-inch coilovers with 650-pound springs and matching 2.5-inch bypass shocks with remote reservoirs. The rear uses 2.5-inch extended OEM-replacement shocks tuned to match the front’s range.

Locked might be newer to some, but their parts are built to compete with the big names, offering excellent performance and bulletproof construction. It’s the kind of suspension that can handle both daily driving and hardcore off-road runs.
Reinforcements And Smart Upgrades
The build shows Mammoth4Runner’s attention to detail in every single inch of the SUV. Cam tabs are reinforced, and trimmed frame tabs allow full articulation. Timbren extended bump stops keep things smooth when the hits get heavy. Bora 2-inch wheel spacers widen the rear track, while 3-inch Dobinsons rear springs handle load and keep the ride planted.
Big Tires For Big Presence
The 4Runner sits on 38x13.5-inch Nitto Trail Grapplers wrapped around 17-inch Locked Off-Road Invader beadlock wheels. That combo alone gives it an aggressive stance, but Mammoth went further, cutting and reshaping the fenders to clear the tires without killing the factory body lines. He pulled off both a Viper cut and a high-clearance fender trim, then finished everything clean to look almost OEM.

The entire front end was coated in Steel-It matte black for protection and a clean finish. Alignment and clearance checks confirmed perfect geometry for both street and off-road driving. The setup is all about getting real performance from smart engineering and balanced travel.
An LB Fab full-size front bumper with a bull bar, a Seibon carbon fiber hood, and a Nguyen Works high-clearance rear bumper tie up the cosmetics. RCI Off-Road skid plates and armor handle the underbody protection duties, while Front Runner Outfitters roof rack/molle panels/rear ladder, and a COMEUP 9.5 lb winch round off the practicality gear.
Pedal Commander® Celebrates Innovation At 2025 SEMA Show
The 2025 SEMA Show is also about celebrating progress. Pedal Commander® has once again earned the SEMA Data Excellence Award, this time reaching Platinum level! That recognition stands for precision, consistency, and a commitment to performance that never stops improving.

If you’re at the Las Vegas Convention Center this week, be sure to swing by the West Hall, Booth #57095. Talk to the Pedal Commander® crew, hit the pedal on our demo rig, and see the Mammoth4Runner build in person.
