The basic steps of the Pedal Commander installation are always the same regardless of the vehicle's make and model:

Turn off the ignition and wait 10-15 minutes with your driver's door open to allow your ECU to shut down.

Disconnect your accelerator pedal assembly plug, then plug in the heads to connectors on the Pedal Commander harness.

Clean up the area where you want to mount the control unit with the alcohol wipe. Stick the bracket with the supplied velcro.

After you make sure the cables are secure and won't be tangled, you are ready to enjoy Pedal Commander.

I love this. When I bought my 2023 GX 460 to replace my 2007 GX 470, I was surprised at how unresponsive the car was. It drove like a six cylinder and was a but of a dog. This was installed in a 2013 gx460 which is a great vehicle, however the throttle lag is almost like driving a old turbo charged car. The pedal commander solved the problem and makes drive it much more enjoyable. It was expensive which is why it got 4 stars and not 5.

I installed this in a 2021 Lexus GX 460 and after 150 miles I can say it shifts like a passenger car and gets about 1.25 mpg improvement (Sport Mode). The throttle response is excellent and now this thing drives amazingly better. Installation 20 min, and the Bluetooth app for iPhone is flawless.
